Special Needs

Participants with special needs arising from disabilities or particular dietary requirements are invited to contact the Registration Office to discuss appropriate accommodations.

Obtaining a VISA

Advanced planning by foreign travellers is critical. We recommend all foreign travellers consider the following when making plans to travel to the US:

Identify whether a VISA is needed.
VISA applications should be made 90 days in advance of the travel date.
