Student Accommodations

Deadline for Conference Hotel Rates - April 15, 2011

The ACA has secured a limited number of rooms for students and postdoctoral associates at a reduced rate at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.  Online reservations will be available soon.

Room Sharing

Room sharing is an option for those looking to save money on their hotel accommodations.  This service is strictly for facilitating contact between roommates and does not guarantee availability.  Once contact is made, attendees will still need to reserve a room directly with the hotel.  If you wish to be listed as wanting to share a room, please send an email containing your name, institute, contact details and gender.  Once you have found a roommate, please contact us again to let us know, and we will remove you from the listing.

Listings are available on the Accommodations Page.
