All scientific sessions, exhibit show, posters and sleeping rooms will be at  the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel.

We are able to offer the special discounted room rates due to a commitment to contract for a minimum number of sleeping rooms at this hotel. If we do not fill these blocks, financial penalties will be incurred. This ultimately impacts the health of the ACA. Staying at the conference hotel also helps keep future registration fees lower. 

Rates are $229 per room  (one or two persons), per night, plus taxes. Rooms for students or postdocs are $114 per room (one or two persons), per night, plus taxes.  A third person in the room is an extra$25 per night.

The block of rooms will be held until July 5, at which time the unused portion of room block will be released for general sale. The Westin will continue to accept reservations after this date depending upon availability and rate.

Room Sharing

Room sharing is an option for those looking to save money on their hotel accommodations.  This service is strictly for facilitating contact between roommates and does not guarantee availability. Once contact is made, attendees will still need to reserve a room directly with the hotel.  If you wish to be listed as wanting to share a room, please send an email containing your name, institute, email address and gender. Once you have found a roommate, please contact us again to let us know, and we will remove your name from the listing.
