The room sharing service is available only at the conference hotel. This service is strictly for facilitating contact between roommates and does not guarantee availability. Once contact is made, you will still need to reserve your rooms directly with the hotel. If you wish to be listed as wanting to share a room, please send an email to the ACA Office with your name, institute, contact details and gender. Once you have found a roommate, please email again to let us know and we will remove you from the listing.
