Student & Young Scientist Travel Grants

Submission Deadline - March 31, 2010

Limited funds will be available to help students and young scientists attend the 2010 Meeting.  Funds help to offset travel and travel-related expenses. Preference will be given to those presenting a paper. Those interested should submit the application form and required paperwork.  Please see the application form for further details.

Room Sharing

The room sharing service is for students only and is available only at the conference hotel.  This service is strictly for facilitating contact between roommates and does not guarantee availability. Once contact is made, you will still need to reserve your rooms directly with the hotel.  If you wish to be listed as wanting to share a room, please send your name, institute, contact details and gender to aca@hwi.buffalo.edu.  Once you have found a roommate, please email again to let us know and we will remove you from the listing.
