Below are the specifications for advertisements in ACA’s electronic newsletter. All ads must be submitted in final, ready-to-publish format by the stated deadlines. To ensure optimal display quality, please make sure all images meet the required dimensions, resolution, and file format guidelines.

ACA Advertising Policy

All advertising is subject to approval. The ACA reserves the right to reject any advertisement not in keeping with the publication’s standards. Advertisers assume full responsibility for all content (including text, images, trademarks, and copyrighted material) and agree to hold the publisher harmless from any claims related to the advertisement. The publisher’s liability for errors will not exceed the cost of the ad in question.

 

Deadlines

To ensure timely review and placement, please submit materials by the dates below. Submitting early helps avoid last-minute issues and ensures the best quality and visibility for your ad.

  • Spring – March 1
  • Summer – June 1
  • Fall – September 1
  • Winter – December 1
 

Placement Preferences

We will make every effort to honor page placement requests; however, placement cannot be guaranteed. Ads are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve your space early.
