What an exciting time to be a structural scientist!
As a candidate for Secretary of the US National Division, I will work closely with my colleagues and all crystallographers in both supporting and advancing it across its multi-generational usership. As crystallography has evolved to embrace new experimental methodologies, the pace at which we effectively communicate and spread that message must evolve with an equivalent tempo. Direct communication to our community only helps to elevate and maximize the value of our work and efforts. I hope to serve as the secretary so I may interface with you, our crystallographic community, to help in building and accentuating the bright future our scientific pursuits can and will guide us toward.
