Membership Renewal

The ACA membership cycle follows the calendar year. Invoices for the upcoming year are sent on October 30, and dues are payable by December 31. Renewing on time ensures uninterrupted access to your benefits.

Members who do not renew will be listed as "graced" for one year, during which they’ll receive invoices for both current and past dues. Those with unpaid balances as of January 1 in the second billing year will be removed from the membership roster.
