ACA Advertising Specifications

Below are the specifications for advertisements appearing in the ACA electronic newsletter. All advertisements must be submitted in final, publication-ready format by the deadlines listed below.

To ensure the best display quality, please confirm that all images meet the required dimensions, resolution, and file format guidelines prior to submission.

ACA Advertising Policy

All advertising is subject to approval. The ACA reserves the right to reject any advertisement not in keeping with the publication’s standards. Advertisers assume full responsibility for all content (including text, images, trademarks, and copyrighted material) and agree to hold the publisher harmless from any claims related to the advertisement. The publisher’s liability for errors will not exceed the cost of the ad in question.

Submission Deadlines

To ensure placement in your intended issue, please submit materials by the applicable publishing deadlines. Materials received after a deadline may appear in a later issue.  Submitting early helps avoid last-minute issues and ensures the best quality and visibility for your ad.

Placement Preferences

We will make every effort to honor page placement requests; however, placement cannot be guaranteed. Ads are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve your space early.

• Provide a clear call to action
• Use high-quality visuals
• Consider your ad on mobile- the same file will be used on different screen sizes, make sure the text is visible and legible.
